You will receive coaching from a PCC-certified Executive Coach, with extensive executive experience in mature tech and founding / scaling startups.

Odyssey
Who is this for? Leaders navigating significant increases in scope, new organization challenges to overcome, or looking to make a transformation in how they approach their role.
What you’ll get out of it? A clear sense of your personal brand, including where you “glow” and have space to “grow”. A 360 view of how other leaders experience you, and a personalized dashboard to help you address growth areas and build on glow areas. In sum, confidence that you will navigate any choppy seas ahead with curiosity, care, and clarity.

6 months of 1:1 coaching to deep dive into self
(12 sessions on average; this is decided by coach and client and we do not cap sessions)
What’s Included:
360 Leadership Interviews & Dashboard:
- Interviews across a panel of key stakeholders to determine a holistic view of self.
- Based on 360, co-development of Leadership Dashboard to develop a sustainable growth plan.
Building Executive Presence:
- Building confidence and assertiveness.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership development and team building.
Ongoing Support post program:
- Odyssey includes regular check-ins to monitor progress and provide guidance.
- Access to additional resources and tools, including a personalized Leadership NotebookLM tool.
Compass
Who is this for? Leaders at a crossroads asking themselves “how can I challenge myself without burning out?” or “is this really what I want to spend my time at work doing? How do I know?”
What you’ll get out of it? A clear sense of purpose, including where you “glow” and have space to “grow”. The program will give you a leadership “compass” to ensure you’re equipped to make life and career decisions with clarity on what you are optimizing for.

What’s Included:
Developing a Leadership Guide
- Guided interviews to identify key energizers, drainers, strengths, and areas of growth.
- Depending on the Leader, assessments such as Hogan, DiSC, StrengthsFinder will be used to pair with the Leadership Guide.
Action Plan
- Using the Leadership Guide, we’ll develop strategies and “atomic habits” to realize your purpose.
- We’ll deevlop goal setting and prioritization techniques.
- Time management strategies.
Group Coaching
Who is this for? For leaders who are seeking to build a high performing leadership team, and instill a culture of coaching and self-development in their organization.
What you’ll get out of it? A common understanding of each others’ leadership strengths and vulnerabilities, coaching tools and practice for your team of leaders.
Details:
Cost: $1,500, for up to 10 leaders
3 hour session of group coaching, including assessments for up to 10 leaders
What’s Included:
- Pre-session, Hogan Assessments for each leader on your team.
- Day of, a 3 hour session with dedicated practice modules on how to work together as leaders, and coach team members.
- Post-session, AI tools to help follow up with leaders to implement practices shared in training.
